Oh I have learned so much since I last wrote.  I bought the Hallelujah diet book.  Read it.  Gave it to my husband. And then gave it to my mom.  This program takes “Juicing” to a whole other level.  A level of complete healing.  If you suffer with chronic pain or you love someone that does, please buy this book.  This book is life changing.  I believe we can take Dr. Malkmus’s advice and apply it to our lives and heal our bodies of these horrible chronic illnesses we suffer with.  Not only now are we juicing in our household, but we have cut out all meat and dairy and are trying to eat more of a raw diet.  Just eating a raw diet in the mornings makes me feel so much better!!!!

I will be posting more about this.  Right now I have to buy another book since I gave mine to my mom and and hope and pray that she will read every word.  She and her husband are suffering with cancer.
My newest change is eating” Raw” in the mornings.  Attached is the recipe I follow.
1 cup of raw buckwheat or wheat germ.  Soak the grain over night with distilled water. In the morning add almond milk to cover grain.  Add 1 table spoon of local honey.  1 banana cut up and 1 date.  Yum!!  It really is good.
