Health Resources for You

Hope for Pain places the patient at the center and addresses the emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, and environmental influences that affect a person’s health.

How We Implement Integrative Health

The Hope for Pain philosophy is a whole health approach that empowers and equips individuals to take charge of their health and well-being, and live their life to the fullest. Our goal  is to engage mind, body, and spirit to help the whole person achieve overall wellness through food & faith.

The Hope for Pain Diet

In order to relieve some of the pressure that comes with the word “vegan,” we believe in a simpler philosophy. The H4P diet focuses on eating plant based, sustainable foods, rather than adopting a full vegan lifestyle.

A level of complete healing. If you suffer with chronic pain or you love someone that does, please buy this book. This book is life changing.

As I reviewed the study I found that the participants ate exclusively the Hallelujah diet. The study was also funded by the Hallelujah Acres Foundation. So being curious, I have explored further.
