Hope for Pain Ministry in Pakistan

Raheel wanted to share with us his vision for the future. He will be starting a branch of Hope for Pain in Pakistan and has many dreams for the future.

His words…

“Through Hope for Pain, we believe Christ’s love is the only power strong enough to break these chains. We work to bring hope, education, and freedom to these children, and to shine the light of Jesus into the darkest places.

We stand on the promise:

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor… to set the oppressed free. Luke 4:18

Together, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus to those who cannot speak for themselves.

In the heart of Pakistan’s brick kiln industry, most factory owners are Muslims, but among the workers, countless poor Christian families labor under crushing debt and poverty. Many of their children are forced to work alongside their parents—hands blistered from carrying bricks, eyes weary from long hours—while their dreams of education fade away.

This is not just poverty; it is bonded labor and modern-day slavery, condemned both by law and by God’s Word. The Lord says,

“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.” Psalm 82:3

He wanted to share more photos from the work he is doing. Please by in prayer for Raheel and his work, the children and their families.
