Recently I was reading a study about fibromyalgia improvements after eating a raw vegetarian diet. The article was published years ago in the BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine journal. As I reviewed the study I found that the participants ate exclusively the Hallelujah diet. The study was also funded by the Hallelujah Acres Foundation. So being curious, I have explored further.

I write again. It was difficult to share without our Juicer. I missed it so much. We had to send her off because she had a screw loose. That sounds sort of comical. Well, our “Super Angel” is back. We did do something crazy while she was gone. We bought a Vitamix, thinking this could substitute in her absence. But their is no comparison.
